Professional sports teams look forward to Spring Training. That's when they focus, focus, focus on getting back into shape & honing their skills & attitudes. That's when they get ready to be their best against all competitors
Why don't we recruiters have Spring Training? We do. Our Spring Training is scheduled for April 28-30 at Wrightsville Beach NC. That's when the NC Assn of Staffing Professionals (NCASP) provides specialized recruiting coaches and tools to hone OUR skills & attitudes for the upcoming business season. http://ncasp.com.
NC, SC, VA recruiters should be there so they're in shape to make their goals against whatever the competition - or the economy - throws at them.
