Job Description

Seeking a Sales Rep/Account Manager in Charlotte, NC, for an Atlanta-based IT staffing firm. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry with a track record of success as well as strong knowledge of the Charlotte staffing market. A four year degree is required for this position. Candidates should have a strong understanding of information technology, stable work history, demonstrated success in previous positions, polished/professional image and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


We are also seeking an IT Recruiter in Charlotte. Again, prefer 2-5 years of IT Recruiting experience, and other requirements are the same.

These positions offer a base salary of 40-55K depending on experience and the salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications. This client offers one of the strongest commission plans in the industry, with monthly commissions starting at 10% of GM$ and going up to 25% of GM$. The company also offers a 401K after 6 months and health benefits starting on day one of employment.
