Donna plans a highly interactive workshop about the current staffing environment & economy, focused on how, in this environment, we can most effectively do our jobs today VS 3 years ago. She'll share client-specific customer service strategies & solutions. Sounds like the staffing side will have practical, quick-use, take-aways.

My first staffing training seminar was conducted by Donna Mallard 20 years ago! I am so looking forward to hearing her words of wisdom at the conference! She offers practical, sound advice in a fun and interactive way. I'm still using some of the tools she gave me years ago in selling this business today!
